As one of the Senior Partners and Co-Founders of Prime Benefits Group Inc., Tony has more than 30 years’ experience in helping clients meet their goals and maximizing value in their domestic and expatriate employee benefits and group retirement plans. He is a member of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and the Financial Advisors Association of Canada and a past Board Member and Chair of the Benefits Alliance Group Inc. – Canada’s leading national association of independent benefits advisors.

Dave Dickinson

He helps firms optimize the value of their benefits programs by challenging the status quo and finding ways to make it better. Dave is an active industry member sitting on several advisory boards and hold his Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Financial Planner and Certified Financial Consultant designations.

Anthony Conte
Analyst
Anthony entered the Employee Benefits field after having graduated from Carleton University in 2017. He is responsible for preparing the quarterly financial reports and conducting the annual policy renewal analysis for all clients.

Conor Ryan
Employee Benefits Consultant
Conor began his career specializing in commercial insurance with Canada’s largest insurer and later moving into sales. He excelled in that industry for another 15 years before transitioning to the employee benefits field. With over 20 years’ experience in insurance, he oversees new business development and supports our current employee benefit and pension clients.

Josee Veitch
Director, Operations and Benefits Administration
Committed to providing comprehensive office management and customer service, Josée brings over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field. In addition to managing the overall operations of the firm, she is responsible for managing the benefits administration of both traditional and flexible group benefit programs, including our international insurance program. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she ensures efficient and effective handling of our administered Programs.
