Conte Financial Services Inc. and Dickinson & Associates Announce Merger

Life is all about making connections and today we are pleased to announce that Conte Financial Services Inc. (CFS) and Dickinson & Associates reached an agreement as of September 1st to merger under the name Prime Benefits Group. Conte Financial Services and Dickinson & Associates are both leaders in employee benefits and pension consulting. 

 

The merger of the two companies allows Prime Benefits Group to achieve an expanded level of knowledge and resources, an increased focus on innovation, and the ability to provide a more comprehensive set of services to clients and prospects alike.

Dickinson & Associates and Conte Financial Services are both based out of Ottawa, Ontario. Prime Benefits Group will operate from the existing Conte Financial Services location at 205-460 West Hunt Club Road, Ottawa.
